Why I came to DCS:

When my interview began with prayer, I knew Delaware Christian School was a place I wanted to be. I graduated from a small K-12 school in East Tennessee. After moving to Ohio in 2018, I never dreamed I would have the opportunity to teach in a school of similar size, and certainly not one that seeks to share the love of Christ, as I do. And getting to work with our youngest learners is just an extra blessing. I feel so honored to be a part of the DCS family. Every day I get to share my enthusiasm for learning, as well as my love for Jesus with my students, and that's seriously the best part!

When I was younger I wanted to:

be a mom.

Hobbies/Interests outside of DCS:

I love to do just about anything outdoors! I enjoy being in nature, and the mountains will always have a place in my heart. I also love books and movies! As a busy mom of 5, I listen to a lot of audio books, and read when I can. I love exploring new places, but usually prefer to be at home. Most of all I'm a big fan of country music, and the Tennessee Vols!
