Internet Safety Seminar - January 31
Posted 01/25/16
Would you invite an unknown, 40 year old man into your student’s bedroom? Would you allow your student to watch an R-rated (or worse) movie? Are you concerned about bullying at school and out in public? Would you like it if an illicit photo of your student were posted in public here in Delaware? Do you homeschool or send your students to Christian school so they can learn from a Christian worldview AND be somewhat shielded from the sinful world we in which we live?
If you have no plan for internet safety in your home, these things and worse can stream directly into your home and onto your student’s digital device. At Delaware Bible Church and Delaware Christian School, we desire to help! Come on January 31, 2016, to our internet safety seminar. We will cover information about social media, the Internet, cyber bullying, and digital devices. We will also show you how to setup a safe internet environment in your home and on your students’ smartphones, and other devices.
This seminar is designed first for dads and moms, then for students 8th grade and above. It will be held on the DBC/DCS campus. There is no cost.
