Homecoming Week (January 20-23) Activities for Grades 7-12

Posted 01/08/15

This year’s Homecoming theme is Alice in Wonderland. Throughout the week the homerooms will compete against each other. We will be collecting canned goods, toiletries, and winter clothing that will be donated to a local charity at the end of the week. Please refer to the list below. Homecoming week students may wear appropriate, modest clothing to represent the day’s theme. If a student is not wearing the correct clothing he/she must wear their DCS uniform. Please be certain items are in good taste. If the student is in doubt, don’t wear it. No jeans may be worn the entire week.

Dress-up / collection days for 7-12 grade students:
Tuesday, 01/20: Twin Day / canned goods
Wednesday, 01/21: Wonderland Character Day / hats, scarves, gloves
Thursday, 01/22: Superhero or Villain Day / blankets
Friday, 01/23: DCS Spirit Day / coats
*Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and soap will be collected every day.
