Gifts to the Community

Mrs. Price, DCS art teacher, and senior Liz Sullivan volunteered their time and talents to decorate the office window for the Pregnancy Resources of Delaware County. They shared the true meaning of Christmas from Isaiah 9:6, "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." This week, Mr. Stubblefield received a nice note thanking them for their kindness.

Hello Mr. Stubblefield,
I am writing to call your attention to two wonderful "gifts" we have received from your school.
This week, Connie Price and senior Liz Sullivan painted the front window of the pregnancy center (see attached photos). This was in time for our volunteer Christmas celebration yesterday and I can't tell you how it blessed everyone who came.
In October, under Mary Jane Griffin's direction, second and third graders sang at our annual fund raising banquet. They were a hit!
We appreciate these efforts on our behalf!
