On Saturday, May 17 from 4-9 p.m., the high school student council will be hosting Family Fun Night. The format will be a little different than previous years. There will be a variety of games from 4-6 p.m. including a cupcake walk, Nerf war, paintball, as well as an activity room dedicated to Pre-K children. Starting at 6:00 we will be playing a live game of Candylandium (a mix of Candyland and Cranium) where families/teams will have the opportunity to compete against each other. The winner will receive the movie FROZEN! On hand throughout the night we will have “hair dressers” and “makeup artists” ready to turn your darlings into prince and princesses for the DCS premiere of Disney’s Frozen. Meet and Greet with Anna and Elsa will begin at 6:00. Pictures with them will be available to purchase for $1 each. Tickets for the entire evening are only $5 per person and include unlimited game play, 1 jail ticket, and admission into the movie. (Families wishing to attend the movie only portion of the night may purchase tickets for $1 a person or $5 family max.) The concession stand will be open the entire evening and will offer meals as well as snacks available for purchase. Tickets may be purchased in the school office. Meal tickets may be purchased for $5 each and include a hot dog or pizza, fries, pop, candy, and popcorn.
