The elementary mission fund project is the Better Way Ministries. Better Way is a ministry of hope and healing to the Short North area of Columbus. Located at 38 West Greenwood Avenue, this outreach ministry has touched the lives of thousands of people with food and the love of Jesus. Ministries include witnessing teams, Bible studies, a Thanksgiving feast (1600 meals served), High Street barbeques, and school supplies for inner city kids, Christmas “giveaways,” etc. Mrs. McGrath volunteers weekly at this organization and she is often the evening speaker.
