Careers at DCS
Do meaningful work in a community shaped by faith.
Delaware Christian School is a growing K–12 school connected to Delaware Bible Church and located in Delaware, Ohio, a thriving community just 30 minutes north of Columbus. The school currently serves approximately 380 students and is preparing for continued growth, with construction underway on a new two-story academic building that will expand maximum enrollment to 500 students when completed in 2028. Our vision is to prepare graduates to be Christ-centered leaders in their families, churches, and communities by thinking critically and living biblically. We partner with parents and students to promote academic excellence while developing lifelong learners who embrace a biblical worldview. At Delaware Christian, teachers are more than educators; they are also spiritual mentors who have meaningful opportunities to invest in the lives of their students through programs such as discipleship groups and our “Secret Senior” program. As our school continues to grow, we are looking for educators who are excited to invest deeply in students, serve alongside a close-knit Christian community, and help shape the next generation of Christ-centered leaders.

Licensure, certification, experience, schedule, and other requirements vary by position. Publish those details from the current approved job description or application rather than applying one standard to every role.
Do not add a nondiscrimination or other employment legal statement to this page unless DCS supplies the current approved wording.
