Admissions Process

We thank you for prayerfully selecting Delaware Christian School to partner with your family in the Christian education of your child. The following will assist you in the admissions process. If at any time you have questions or need additional help, our admissions team is here to walk alongside you! We can be reached at 740.363.8425 or admissions@dcschool.org.

  1. Submit an application: The application for enrollment at DCS can be obtained during a tour of our school or by printing it here. Once completed, it should be submitted to our admissions director in the school office, along with the $75 non-refundable fee. In addition to the application, Delaware Christian School requires records from the student’s current school, as well as a Pastor’s recommendation, a copy of your child’s birth certificate, and updated immunization records. All you’ll need is your Pastor's and church's names, current school name, and e-mail addresses. We will gather the information from them on your behalf.

  2. Interview with the principal: Once we have received a completed admissions file with all the requested documentation, the school will contact you to schedule an interview. The interview will be conducted in person at Delaware Christian School with at least one parent attending. If meeting with the high school principal, at least one parent and the student must attend.

  3. Offer of enrollment: If all admissions requirements are satisfied, the DCS Admissions Office will notify the parent that their child has been accepted to Delaware Christian School! Families will be contacted by the school regarding important dates for orientation, class assignments, supply lists, etc.
